| Question: There’s a kid in my lunch room who stole my lunch. He’s bigger than me and I was afraid to make anything of it. I’m afraid he’ll do it again. What do I do? |

| Grandma’s Answer: You’re dealing with a bully. Bullies pick on other people for a lot of reasons. I think this guy has a hunch he can get away with this behavior. My suggestion to you is to contact the teacher who supervises your lunch room (or your Vice Principal, Principal or Guidance Counselor). Make it clear what has happened, who the bully is, and how you need their help. They must keep your name out of it. This can be done easily. If this bully continues to bother you, go back to the same school authorities. There is no reason for you to put up with this. |
